Your first appointment includes an extensive and thorough examination of your current and past health symptoms, an evaluation of your dietary and lifestyle habits, and a comprehensive assessment of any recent pathology tests you may have undergone. The 75 minute evaluation allows your practitioner to get to know your various bodily systems and functions, and to explore how we can help you back to wellness. This holistic approach enables us to connect all the intricate pieces of your unique health puzzle. We kindly request that you bring any recent blood test results and a list of your current medications and supplements. Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed and personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Additionally, you have the option to include Food Intolerance testing as part of this consultation (Investment $220 Consult + $293 testing cost, subject to potential changes in external supplier charges).
‘your Family’ Consult (ONE ADULT + ONE CHILD) — 2 hours ($314)
What does your household health picture look like? This two hour consult allows us to explore your family's medical history, including any previous illnesses, chronic conditions, allergies or genetic factors that may be impacting the health of you and your children. We will discuss any specific health issues or symptoms experienced by family members, such as digestive problems, skin conditions, low energy, sleep disturbances or hormonal imbalances. And offer a thorough evaluation of the family's dietary habits and nutritional intake. We can discuss typical eating patterns, food preferences, any dietary restrictions or allergies and the quality of your food choices - to help your family back to wellness! We may also delve into lifestyle aspects such as physical activity levels, sleep patterns, stress management techniques and any environmental factors that could affect health and well-being. From this evaluation, we will discuss the health goals and aspirations of each family member and identify any common goals that the family may have as a whole. Then provide personalised recommendations for each family member. This may include dietary modifications, lifestyle changes, specific nutrient supplementation, herbal remedies or other naturopathic interventions to support your family health goals.
Couples Preconception Consult — 2 hours ($314)
Our "Couples Preconception Consult" is a specialised consultation aimed at optimising the health and well-being of both partners in preparation for conception and a healthy pregnancy. We will review the medical history of both partners, including any pre-existing conditions, past reproductive health issues and previous pregnancies, if applicable. This helps us to identify potential factors that may impact fertility and pregnancy. We also look at lifestyle factors that affect fertility, such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep patterns, stress levels and exposure to toxins or environmental hazards. We will discuss the importance of a balanced and nutrient-rich diet to support fertility and prepare the body for pregnancy, and offer personalised dietary recommendations to optimise fertility and ensure adequate nutrient intake. We may also recommend herbal tonics to support hormonal balance and enhance fertility. Based on the assessment and discussions, we will develop an individualised preconception plan for both partners, outlining specific recommendations, detoxification support and environmental and lifestyle modifications tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Custom Tonic Consult — 20 MINUTES ($200 including 500ml Tonic)
To formulate a custom herbal tonic, we will collect comprehensive details about your medical background, existing symptoms and any particular health concerns or objectives you may have. This information will allow us to formulate a personalised combination of clinically backed, high-quality botanical ingredients to help you back to wellness.
