SHIPPING

LOCAL PICK UP: FREE

This option is available Monday – Friday between 9am and 2pm – there may be some additional hours outside of this but will need to be confirmed prior to coming to the clinic.

AUSTRALIA WIDE DOMESTIC: FLAT RATE EXPRESS $25

All your parcels are hand packed and sent by our team via Australia Post – postage times outside of the standard express time frames are outside of our control. Please note: This is applicable up to two tonics and sometimes additional supplements – when the cost exceeds this we will add on additional insurance and postage costs.

INTERNATIONAL

We are based in Australia and are happy to ship world wide. Please get in touch via hello@tonico.com.au to arrange this.

FREQUENCY

Shipping is done twice a week between Mondays and Fridays – if you miss the cut off for shipping with your order it will be sent at the next available shipping day.

RETURNS

DAMAGED GOODS

Should a product arrive damaged or not meeting your expectations, please contact us via hello@tonicco.com.au with a picture of the item and your order details. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We may ask to you to return it for a full refund, providing it is unused and in original packaging.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please get in touch and we’ll discuss a resolution. This may include a replacement, store credit or a refund.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING MY ORDER

Please contact our customer service team via hello@tonico.com.au if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best to amend or cancel any order as long as it has not been already processed.
